Flirty New Hair Ideas!

 
We’ve got a few super-girly ideas that are fit for a spring weekend. The best part? They’re all so easy and take practically zero effort. Goodbye basic pony, hello extra cute locks!

Clean Sweep
If you’re doing something active or spending the day outside, a new twist on a bun is a great way to keep your hair off your face (and look super-cute). Tie your hair up in a low bun and secure with an elastic. Then, separate the hair that’s between your head and the hair tie into two sections, creating a hole. Take your bun and flip it up and through the gap you made, so the bun comes down toward the nape of your neck. So easy.

Sassy Side Pony
Can’t bear to part with your pony? Go wanna go more formal while wearing your hair up try pinning your low to one side of your head (right behind your ear). Pull your hair over one shoulder. Adding a couple curls makes it dressier. Keep your hair in place with a pretty clip or tie it up with a pastel bow.

Sweet Straw Styles
If you’re gonna be outside all day, we’re loving a beautiful mane of tousled hair topped with an enormous  floppy hat. Apply mousse to damp hair and pull it back in a bunch of smaller braids.  Sleep on it. In the morning, undo the braids carefully.  Throw on your cap and enjoy the warm weather!

I love light curls/waves, but they never stay for more than 2 or 3 hrs. Is there a good way to keep it in, because i've tried hair spray and everything else but I'm getting no good results. Frown

MOD MOD MOD!
So right now I have side bangs and the right side of my head (with the bangs) looks really cute, but the other now looks kind of choppy and messy and weird! How do I fix it?
Also, what kind of styles are good for someone with ears that stick out! I fell so uncomfortable wearing my hair up, and I want that to change!




Hey girl, don't feel uncomfortable about putting your hair up! You're adorable the way you are. I've found that personally, having a bump/"poof" in my hair in the front makes my hair look a lot better when I put it up. With the side bangs, why don't you try and curl your hair? Or next time you get a hair apt maybe get a few more gentle layers?

MODMODMODMOD??!!!?!! (Is that we're supposed to say?!) HELP ME! I used to have medium to long hair but it got destroyed in a haircut gone bad. Its short and punk rock now (sort of short and uneven with choppy bangs that fall in my face), but that's not really my style anymore. My haircut doesn't look nice with some of my favorite shirts, and I can't go five minutes wishing I could just have it all back. Is there anything I could do to make it grow faster... or anything that could make it look not like I'm going to beat someone up?!?!?! It's going to take years to grow it back to the way it was!

Unfortunately, there are no quick ways to grow your hair out, but you could try new hairstyles that you could do yourself.  You could wear a headband, braid a little piece of it and pin it back, use a clip to clip some of it back, etc. Try experimenting until you find a new style that you like.
