ED BLOG: My Super-Healthy Summer Project

 
Summer kicks off this weekend, and I couldn’t be happier. Memorial Day is also the start of my brand-y new project: going veggie for the summer. Even though BBQ season is filled with lotsa yummy treats, I decided it’s time for me to switch up my healthy eating habits and ditch meat for the moment.
 
So, girlies, how many of you out there are vegetarians? What are some of your fave meatless meals? For summer, I love vegetables on the grill, tacos loaded with zucchini and beans and stir-fry and salads with tofu. Because I heart exercising, I have to make sure I get in plenty of protein. Luckily, I love eggs, peanut butter and all kindsa beans—bonus!
 
What are your healthy goals for the summer? Are you taking on anything major? We wanna know about it!
