My ex and I broke up recently, and Facebook is making it much harder to deal. My feelings for him are still going strong. I logged into Facebook, and saw that he had added a new album called "Me and Katie <33."
I'm nosy, so I checked it out and saw pictures of him and another girl kissing! How do I keep myself from looking at his Facebook long enough for me to get over him?

Don’t sweat a thing! There are plenty of things to do to get your mind off your ex without completely logging off from your Facebook or deleting him. It won’t be all smooth sailing at first, but you’ll find yourself indifferent about your ex in no time flat!
Hide that guy
First of all, you’re gonna “hide” your ex from your Facebook. The next time you see a something about your ex or Katie, go to the right side of that news feed and just click “Hide.” This way, you won’t have to deal with their relationship online unless you really want to know what’s going on between them… which is obviously not that case.
Step away from the computer
Next step? Don’t dwell too much in Facebook. Now, don’t get me wrong! I love me some socializing time online, but if you’re spending lots of time on facebook, you’ll probably be tempted to do some snooping around.
So instead, find something that you really enjoy to do that’s NOT online. Maybe you like to paint? Take a jog? Or catch up on some sleep? There are tons of activities you can turn to!
Explore new sites
Along the lines of finding different activities to do other than Facebook, if you just gotta be online, try visiting some websites that will switch your focus. Personally, I like to read other people’s blogs or get in on the latest celebrity gossip. You’re on the World Wide Web hon! There are plenty, and I mean plenty, of options that will catch your attention.
With these tips, you can see that the best way to get over your ex is just keep yourself occupied. Literally, “move on.” If you live your life, doing the things you enjoy then you’ll find yourself unconcerned about who’s doing what.
