Hey chicas, all you gotta do is aim for an hour of hardcore phsical activity each day. This could be soccer, running, yoga, cheerleading, swimming, tennis,or dancing. After your FUN daily workout, try to excerise at home for good results! Crunches and sit-ups for abs (flat stomach), toned leg muscles (jogging and\or sprinting), toned thighs (bicycling), strong arms (weights) good balance, peace of mind and strong spine (yoga),heart pumping calorie burning (dancing: especialy SALSA cha cha cha!) Some tips to get the most out of your active lifestyle? Eat veggies, fibre, meat high in protein and dairy to stayfit and pumped. Healthy snacks are crucial. Drink up that H20,sweeties cuz you'll def need it. And learn to love your bod cuz even though everyone thinks they have flaws, focus on the good stuff. Your sparkly eyes? Sweet footsies? Great hair? Love it all! And remember your beautiful, just the way you are!
