Reevaluate Your Vacay Goals

 
Now that the Fourth of July is over, there’s a li’l bit of a lull in the summer action. Take this week to reevaluate your vacay goals, and see if you’re on the right path.
 
If you swore you’d run three times a week, but haven’t laced up those sneaks, think about what’s holding you back. The heat? A boring route? Make adjustments to your routine by working out in the morning to avoid exercising in super-hot temps.

If you were planning to eat better but, um, have been dishing out ice cream nightly, consider asking your ‘rents to stock up on fruits and yogurt the next time they hit the grocery store. It’s not too late to start eating better, babe!

Think about if you’re gonna try out for a fall sport at school. Now’s the time to start running those drills and upping your cardio. If your coach loooves double sessions, you wanna be great shape before you step on that field.
