We chatted with celeb trainer Ramona Braganza last week and, boy, did she have some amazing advice.
 
We know it’s easy to skip workouts on summer days: hot weather, vacation, chillin’ by the pool all seem to get in the way. Ramona’s advice? Ignore the urge to stay put.

“You don’t have to listen to your mind all the time,” she reminds us. “Turn off the voice that tells you the voice that tells you no.” Instead, prep yourself by putting your workout clothes somewhere accessible the night before. Stay hydrated constantly and be positive about your exercise plan!
