Hey ladies! ask me advice on anything and everything! (attitude, boys, body, fashion, family, friends, make-up, periods, hair, skin, food, work-outs/staying fit, BACK TO SCHOOL...and those things that are just plain tricky!) I dont mind at all if you ask multiple questions, and i wont judge you by the questions you ask! I ask plenty of "dumb" questions too, and i totally get what you are going through! I had a good summer for exercising. I was able to exercise with both my bf amd my mom, not at the same time. It was so much fun doing it with both of them. I did cardio with my mom and light weights with my bf. Its kind of hot working out with your bf and getting all sweaty with him.

I do a summer thingy called strength and conditioning its sooo much fun! i have my buds with me and an awesome coach tooo!!!!!! its pretty tuff but i got into shape pretty fast and i didnt even realize it!!!! we do weight lifting and running iand i love it sooo much!
