Here’s the thing about breasts: There is no “normal.” Especially at this age when your chest—and the rest of your body—is constantly changing.

Boobs come in all shapes, sizes and colors, which can make a lot of girls insecure when they think theirs aren’t perfect. And while there isn’t much you can do to make your breasts look different, you can buy a bra that supports your shape (most department stores will have someone who can help if you need it).

Still worried about sagging? Try eating foods rich in vitamin C, like oranges, and exercising, which can strengthen ligaments.

@lauren who answered my mod. its not like i wear low tops all the time. and if i do i wear a tank top cami underneath. what should i say to them if i catch them? should i even say anything? it really makes me uncomfortable when guys stare at my chest
