I have an ovarian cyst! Should I be scared?

Not at all. Ovarian cysts, little sacs of fluid attached to the ovary, are totally harmless in most cases. Sometimes the cysts can cause a bit of pain and discomfort, but for the most part there are no side effects. Though the cysts usually disappear on their own, be sure to continue to get checkups with your doc to ensure that everything’s all right.
