PLease help me i am 5'5 and 150lbs. i have what they call a muffin top and last week when i went to one yoga class. ... i couldbarely do A push-up HELP!!!!!

I wouldn't have done as much progress as you have, because I'd think, "Hey, maybe I lost enough." You probably lost more weight than you intended to, or more than how much average girls your age need to lose. I know girls my age who say they're "70" pounds. Now that I think about it, it's no wonder that they don't have their period. Usually girls who need to gain more weight don't have their period, but sometimes it's just your hormones. I would talk to your doctor about it if I were you, and about your dark circles? It might be from lack of sleep.
