Instead of searching for a miracle to shrink your thighs or flatten your tummy, make li’l changes to eat healthier foods and incorporate a variety of exercises into your daily routine. Eat those veggies, sweat it out regularly and, in a few weeks, you’ll see some results. It’s gonna take time to shape up, but make a point to have fun along the way!
