“One thing that is a proven a fact is there’s no such thing as spot reducing,” she swears. Steer clear of any products that promise to blast fat off one section of your bod, too. “If it says it targets fat where you don’t want it, don’t buy it. Those things are just scams.” What’s a girl to do? Instead of searching for a miracle to shrink your thighs or flatten your tummy, make li’l changes to eat healthier foods and incorporate a variety of exercises into your daily routine. Eat those veggies, sweat it out regularly and, in a few weeks, you’ll see some results. It’s gonna take time to shape up, but make a point to have fun along the way!
