One of my
breasts is larger than the other, so I have trouble finding bras
that fit well. They're either too big on one side or too small on the other. Any

the right bra size can sometimes take a while. To find one that fits you well,
you should definitely shop at a department store or a specialty lingerie store.

reason!! They’ve been trained to measure you correctly and pinpoint the right
bra for your body. You should let them know you need some help finding the
right size to fit your breasts, ‘cause sometimes, you’ve just gotta leave it to the

looking at different bra sizes, the band size is the number and the cup size is the letter. If you want to get a ballpark size—though I definitely recommend
having a pro take your measurements—measure your ribcage beneath your breasts
for your band size. Then, measure across the fullest part of your bust and
subtract your band size from that measurement. If the difference is less than
an inch, your cup size is probably AA. If the difference is an inch, your cup
size is A. For each additional inch, you go up a cup size.
Try on all
different types, styles, and brands, because they all will probably fit you
differently. Remember: Having
someone else measure you is your best bet to achieve the appropriate fit.
