Hey girl! If you want to, I think it could definitely add to your look! You might want to try a darker lipstick shade, like a purple-ish or maroon color. An edgy eye look, like black liner, would also be cool.

Hey chica! I went as a mime a few years ago, and loved it! It was so easy. All you need it a black beret (optional...which you can get from a thrift store, or buy online for cheap). An all black outfit, and black and white face paint. Easy as pie!

I suggest you get hairspray for your hair and make it green so it looks like the stem of the grapes. As for makeup do mostly purples to continue with the grape look. As for accessories try anything purple. Good luck and have fun! xoxo kerra

All of those sound pretty cool! I would take into account what kind of costume materials you have that would make yourself the most recognizable as the character. Also, think about which one you really would like to be the most. It might be hard to distinguish the Mario Princess from a regular princess, but the other two might be more recognizable. The garden gnome would be really unique if you can make it look like one!

MOD MOD MOD!!! I need help with my costume I'm being a gypsy or a fortune teller (if I can find a crystal ball that is). I've got a beautifully colored skirt with flowers running down it in brown purple red blue and green. And a head scarf that's pink with blue and yellow plaid I need shoes and a shirt my mom said that I have a blue shirt with puffy sleeves but my room's a pit and I can't find it. But I need something affordable cause my weekly allowance is $5 if I remember to ask her which by the way I rarely do. Do you have ant suggestions for me I've got TONS of shoes I just don't know which ones to wear and an affordable gypsy/fortune teller shirt. HEY you could probably find a crystal ball at any costume store you find, clean your room and you will find out that you have tons of options!!, gypsies normally wear flats!

I'm going to make my own costume - a punk fashion girl. For my colthes, I'll have black skinyy jeans, a black shirt, a dark blue Abercrombie jacket, and purple converse (low tops.) For my hair, I'll be spraying it with black temporary hair dye. As for makeup, I'll have a beautiful silver glitter eyeliner on my lower lashlines, a double coat of mascara on both the upper and lower lashlines, a deep red lipstick, and to finish it off,a charcoal - colored eye shadow. Also, I'll be rocking black and white striped wrist sleeves and my fingernail polish will be a clean silver sparkle. The great thing is : I have all of these things already in my closet and makeup pouch!! Well, except for the deep red lipstick . AND of course I will be entering the Halloween costume contest! So, what do you guys think.?

It seems like you already have a lot of stuff for a witch costume, so maybe you could wear the black and purple witch hat, black and purple tights, black skirt and black flats. You would just need to buy a black shirt to go along with that.

Or, maybe you could be a black cat and wear black pants, black socks, black flats and then buy a black shirt, cat ears and a tail. You could also buy black lipstick to draw a cat nose and whiskers on your face.

I stay up 'til about 12 a.m. on Halloween, it's a tradition, and i'm having a sleepover saturday night and we're staying up all night, another tradition. Hopefully I don't have volleyball practice at 6:30-8:15 a.m. on monday. how can i sstay awake at school?

For example, there might be a community event for students or teens in your area. You could also just dress up and do something silly - like go to a movie, go out to eat, or go bowling! If you get creative, you'll find a way to make it work.

Hey girl! To match Nina's costume, you would need a black top hat, black pants, purple military button jacket and black gloves. Try a halloween store for the hat and gloves and try any department stores for the jacket. The good thing about the jacket is that even if its a little bit expensive, its totally cute and you could definitely wear it other times rather than just on halloween!

me and my friend were going to be elmo and cookie monster for halloween.but we cant find it anywhere! apparently its only sold online and like 40 to 50 dollars we found one website that sells it for 35 but its still alot.do you have any idea where we can find one like maybe around just 30 maybe 20?in store? online?i was really looking forward to it

Hey girl, the only stores that would maybe have it are places like "party city" or a seasonal halloween store (they vary in state). The best bet, might be to just buy it on the internet. I don't think that there would be any in junior's size. Maybe if you're crafty you can try and make them?

In PE today my class got in trouble and so my PE teacher made us run laps around the football field for the whole 45 minutes! It was horrible, 1 boy had a asthma attack and 1 girl threw up, anyways I'm really embarassed beacause I'm not very athletic so I couldn't do it and I started walking, everybody kept passin me and stuff, I don't know how to ease my embarassment, any ideas?

hey! people probably didn't notice, but if they bring it up just shrug it off. some people are athletic, you don't have to be one of them.

i can never do my homework and its not because i procrastinate or am distracted its because i don't know how i always need my mom do my my math with me and when i had to write a history paper in the form of a news article i didn't know how and know im doing homework that is due in half in hour and i only have half of it done but iv been working on it for hours how can i get over this? im really stressed out right now because im not gonna have the hw done for class.

hey! Sounds to me like you're stressing yourself out over this. Sometimes when we have responsibilities, we make them seem more challenging in our heads than they are in real life. try this, close your eyes for a second and imagine yourself finishing your homework on time, then open your eyes and say "I can do this" and get to work. Don't worry about getting the right answer every time, just focus on getting it done. You can go back later and see why you've made mistakes. that's how you learn
