POSTED IN dear carol, sex ed
Not wanting to do it is easier said than done because we are going through puberty, and especially if you feel comfortable doing it, its hard to stop after you start. I know it makes you feel good, like its a relief after doing it but I think that is from releasing stress and tension. And as long as you dont get addicted to doing it all the time I dont think there is anything wrong with it. Just be glad there is this release or we would all be wanting to have sex more than we do! I suggest you get a hobby or do an activity the next time you feel 'horny'.it will keep your brain occupied and help keep those pesky hormones at bay

I know this seems harsh, but...unless you know what simulating sex is, don't comment on here for you really have no clue what your writing and the mods have already told more then 3 people, that to find that out, you have to ask a trusted parent, guardian, or friend.& yeah...I get the whole it's a sin to your religion,I'm like that too, but please EVERYONE has a right to an opinion (freedom of speech)...,but like the rules of no cussing on this cite, please keep rude comments/questions to yourself. Be mature we all should be mainly teenagers on here. In my opinion, this isn't gross at all (just super embarrassing), the girlie shouldn't feel ashamed but, if you want to stop doing something all it takes is strong will power...and don't worry.Hakuna Matata.

Sister, you are going through what all us have or will be going through soon. Do what you feel comfortable with. When you look at how many of us teens are getting pregnant and how many of us are engaging in sex because society makes you feel weird if you arent doing it, I think it would be better if we could delay having sex. Before I started dating my mom and I talked about puberty and guys and we went online together and read about what my body is going through. We all have different views about this and whats good and whats not. Meghan D.

I know a lot of you commenters are considerably younger then me, but I think a lot of you are handling this very immaturely. If it doesn't make you feel comfortable, don't do it.
