Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow



Is there a way to get my hair to grow faster? I got a really bad haircut and I can't wait until it grows back out!
 
Whenever we get bad haircuts, the first thing we think about is how badly we want our hair to grow back. I remember one time junior year of high school, I got a haircut that transformed me into a boy, basically, so I started researching EVERYTHING I could do to make it grow back immediately. I had no time to spare.
 
A few things I found that definitely helped me included: eating healthy, exercise, trims and vitamins. Believe it or not, a healthy lifestyle helps more than just your figure—it can also help your hair. I never believed my mom when she told me that, but it’s actually true. Maintaining a good diet and exercise routine will allow those locks to shine and grow.
 
Another thing that’s important is to get trims when you notice that you have split ends. I know you may be thinking that’s crazy and you don’t want it any shorter, but it’s really important that your hair is healthy so it can grow longer and faster. If your hair is dead at the end, it will stay that length. Vitamins B and E are also really good supplements for your hair.
 

These are all ways to help your hair grow faster, but also remember that heat products like blow dryers and straighteners only damage your hair and will not allow it to get healthy or grow faster. Perhaps this is a time to test out the fashion statement of a fun hat or cute hair clips? Best of luck!
