I keep getting in fights


 
 
I had a huge fight with this boy I know. Now this other boy is in a fight with me. My friends told the principal, and now we have to work things out. I’ve been there a couple times because of other fights.
 
Dear Fighter,

Some things are worth fighting for, but life is easier when you don’t get in so many fights. If someone acts mean, it’s his problem, not yours. If someone acts like a jerk, walk on rather than saying something nasty back. Think about the kind of person you want to be. To end a fight, you can say “I’m sorry” or “I’m ready to get beyond this.” Once you get better at keeping the peace, you won’t get sent to the principal and get mixed up with kids looking for trouble. Is there someone you can talk to? What’s making you angry may not be other people, but something inside you that hurts.

Do you have something going on in your life that would be making you want to pick fights with others? identify that and then try and work out the problem. violence is not the answer.

I have never been in a fight with a boy, and the only fight I get in with girls is yelling never physical. I couldnt imagine getting in a physical fight but I have seen them at my school.

MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD Okay i have this friend, let's call her D, and there's this SUPER cute guy in my grade, let's call him J, I have this Huge undeniable crush on him and D thinks he's super cute too. The problem is I haven't told D i like J cuz she would tease me but i'm worried that D will get J because D is really easy with the guys. I mean all guys love her (jocks, nerds, EVERYONE) she's super popular and i'm scared he'll end up falling for her. IDK what to do... Please help! I've never felt this way about anyone before and I don't want to loose him before i've even had him. Thnx

 

 

Hey girly! Do you talk to J? If not, I would start trying to make convo to get him to notice you, rather than D. Make sure to talk to him when it's just you, rather than when  you're with your friends. If you guys are friends, then I would invite him to hang out! He needs to be thinking about you, rather than her!

MOD MOD MOD! Okay so I'm on my high school cheer team and we have a compitition on Wednesday. The problem is, they put me in a position I'm not good in, in other words, I suck at it. Today at practice, a bunch of the other cheerleaders were trying their best to explain to me how I can do better, but it doesn't help much. One girl is really mean and yelled "get her out of that spot she sucks switch her!" It didn't hurt me at the time, but I'm scared she will do something worse if I fail at compitition. If I don't nail it, the whole pyramid can't do it. A lot of pressure is on me. The more advice (and threats) I get, the worse I do cuz I feel pressured. I don't know what to do, I'm really scared for the next two practices and compitition. I'm a good cheerleader, I can tumble and everything, but I'm feeling pressured and having second thoughts about how good I am.

 

 

Hey girly girl! It's not right at all that this girl is being mean about it. Cheer is a hard sport, and just because you're not the best at one position doesn't mean that you're not good at the others. I would definately talk to your coach, and tell her how uncomfortable you feel in the position. Tell her your concerns, and let her know that you don't want to let down the team. If this girl keeps intimidating you, then I'd tell the coach about that too...

Hahaha. Boy do I know what that's like. I have friends that are idiots and tell the principle and I get TOTALLY mad. Friends shouldn't get in the middle of a fight unless it's physical.
I can be a mean girl if I want and if you want to get on my Hate List then good luck having a good time.
I've been in a physical fight with a boy but he ended up getting hurt. And they say boys are stronger than GIRLS?!?!? What the heck!!!
