I really want my boobs to stop sagging and look good. I'm adjusting them all the time when no one is looking. What
should I do?
Hey girl, when it comes to
your chest, the best way to keep your shape in a good place is underwire. It
sounds like it’s about time for you to get your first training bra so your
breasts are supported and won’t sag. I’ve got some tips for talking to your
mom, finding the right bra and resisting the urge to fix them constantly in the
Breaking the Habit
First thing first, the most
important thing you can do is abstain from your habit and impulse. Keep in mind

comfortable with a bra. By being frank with her, your mom will get a clear
sense of what’s going on. Ask to go bra shopping with her soon so you can pick
out your first bra.
When picking out a bra, it’s
important to take your measurements. Measure the area above or directly below
your breast and the fullest area around your breasts themselves. The difference
will tell you your cup size. At the store, ask a sales rep to measure your
chest for you to get a professional’s opinion while shopping. Many women don’t
wear the right size bra so it’s important you choose one that fits you
To wrap, realize that while no
one’s breasts may be perfect, it’s important to wear a bra to keep them supported.
Your obsession, while it will take some time to get over, is a sign: it’s time
to get some support to do the job your adjustments would. Talk to your mom and
you’ll have it (or them, in this case) covered in no time.
