Get straight 'n' shiny hair like Taylor's

Whether you think Tay shoulda kept her curls or are sweet on her straight strands, we’ve got the secrets to landing her sleek look.
 
Start with a Perf Blowout
Treat damp tresses with a heat-protecting spray. Then, blow-dry hair while combing it with a vented brush. Keep the nozzle close to your strands and work the brush and blow-dryer together in a downward motion. If you’ve got a major mane, it’s helpful to split your hair into a few sections and concentrate on getting each one bone dry before moving on.

 
Invest in Your Tresses
Nice flat irons are expensive but, truth is, if you’re gonna use it regularly, it might be a nice prezzie to put on your wish list. Celeb stylist Nelson Chan recommends FHI’s Heat Platform or Runway series for thick or curly locks. Amazingly enough, they’re $100 bucks off on amazon.com right now! Gotta love sale shopping.
 
Try Out Fake Bangs
Curly-haired girls can have a tough time with long, ultra-straight bangs (hello, who has time for that kind of upkeep?). Snag a set of faux fringe that match your strands before you chop the real thing. Yes, they look weird off but might just the thing if you wanna give bangs a whirl, without all the commitment.
 
Get Major Shine
One of the best parts of Taylor’s look is how her strands practically sparkle. Deep condition once a week to get your locks as healthy-looking as hers.

Taylor Swift is my fave singer, and I love her hair, but I prefer her hair curly. It looked really pretty when it was curly, but she looks pretty with both those hair styles Smile
