No, no, no, don’t cut yourself! That will not help anything. I’m sorry you’ve been stressing, but there are healthy ways to relieve stress. Spill all in your diary. Make art. Eliminate activities you aren’t totally into to free up your schedule. Go to bed earlier. Walk with a friend or parent. Take up running or a sport. Instead of hurting yourself, take care of yourself. And above all, find someone to talk to, like a school counselor or understanding aunt or older friend, or talk to your parents about seeing a therapist. You don’t have to feel this way.

Cutting will make it worse chica! My friend went thorough her parents divorce (it was rough)and she cut for a little bit. Its not a good idea- you can hurt yourself (even kill yourself from loss of blood) and its just not something you want to get in to. How about writing in a journal, listening to music (MCR, Greenday, Paramore)?

hey, don't cut. It is a horrible thing, and is not a good way to deal with stress. Do things that you like to do. If you like to draw, draw a picture of your favorite thing. If you like a band, listen to it. MOst important, hang around people who support and help you get through this rough time. Believe me, this helped me when I was goin through this.
