Eliminate activities you aren’t totally into to free up your schedule. Go to bed earlier. Walk with a friend or parent. Take up running or a sport. Instead of hurting yourself, take care of yourself. And above all, find someone to talk to, like a school counselor or understanding aunt or older friend, or talk to your parents about seeing a therapist. You don’t have to feel this way.
