No, no, no, don’t cut yourself! That will not help anything. I’m sorry you’ve been stressing, but there are healthy ways to relieve stress. Spill all in your diary. Make art. Eliminate activities you aren’t totally into to free up your schedule. Go to bed earlier. Walk with a friend or parent. Take up running or a sport. Instead of hurting yourself, take care of yourself. And above all, find someone to talk to, like a school counselor or understanding aunt or older friend, or talk to your parents about seeing a therapist. You don’t have to feel this way.

you shouldn't..what will it do for you??just do some other things to get your mind off stress like painting,drawing,reading,hanging out with friends,even sleeping or taking naps!
