No, no, no, don’t cut yourself! That will not help anything. I’m sorry you’ve been stressing, but there are healthy ways to relieve stress. Spill all in your diary. Make art. Eliminate activities you aren’t totally into to free up your schedule. Go to bed earlier. Walk with a friend or parent. Take up running or a sport. Instead of hurting yourself, take care of yourself. And above all, find someone to talk to, like a school counselor or understanding aunt or older friend, or talk to your parents about seeing a therapist. You don’t have to feel this way.

I read this and just jumped. please do not cut yourself. My bestfriend did it last year and it really didn't do any good. (thank god we worked through it and she stopped)But seeing what it does to people first hand, it's really not worth it, and it'll only do more damage physically and emotionaly. So I really hope everything is well and you don't cut. keep your head up, everything will be okay in the end. (:

Hey, cutting will not help, I was getting stressed once and i just sat in my room and threw a few paper balls into a waste basket all you need to do is find your stress reliver. I walked out of my room very happy. (i love basketball)
