I'm getting mixed signals

 

 
I have a crush on one of my guy friends, and he knows it. People keep telling me that we'd make a great couple, and when he hears them say that, he doesn't deny it, just stays silent.
 

He kept asking me who I like, and I admitted that I like him. But when I asked him, he said he doesn’t like anyone. Is he lying?

 

HIS ANSWER: “I think that a guy who says that really does like you. At the same time, he’s probably been hurt by a past relationship or is just nervous about getting into one.

 

I would say don’t give up, keep talking to him, and let him know you like him in the things you do. Be there for him and let him know that he can trust you. Sometimes guys just take a while.”

 

DECODED: Of course, you don’t want to cross the line into needy or overbearing, but boys need support too, and that’s something that many people don’t often remember. Maybe you have a shy guy. Just take it slow and easy and he’ll come around.

 

YOUR MOVE: Keep being his friend. If you can prove to him that you are in this, and that you really do like him, he’ll probably get over his fears. Boys take a while sometimes, but they usually come around if they can actually be convinced that you like them and can be trusted to not hurt ‘em.

MOD MOD! I've been texting this guy that i met in the summer. I think he's super cute and i've told him. Im pretty sure he likes me back, but he wants to hang out somewhere. He asked me to come over to his house, but i dont feel comfortable enough to hang at his house yet. Movies are not the best because you cant talk in them, so im confused and kind of scared to hang out with him. WHAT SHOULD I DO? :S




Hey girlie, don't be scared but, definitely do not go anywhere you're not comfortable with. Maybe go to the mall, golfing, or skating.

My bestfriend in the whole world is dating the best guy in the whole world and i liked him first! BUt anyway at first before he knew i liked him he was staring at me and smileing at me, so i told my other bestfriends and they came up with a plan at lunch to call him over and say "someone likes u!" without telling him who but then another friend of mine didn't know the plan but knew i liked him so when they said someone likes you she pointed at me! AND HE SAID HE KNOWS! and know he's being mean to me one day and nice to me another and i asked him why and he said it's called foolin around. but i dont know wat 2 do cause every1 says we would make a better couple and i think i love him and when i see them together it hurts.




Hey girlie,

I'm sorry to hear that, I think you should ask him how he feels about you and if he says he can only see you guys as friends then I think you should move on and ask him to stop "foolin around" If he says that he likes you then I think you'll be in a tough situation cause he has a girlfriend. So, I think that you should tell him you like him though he already knows and that the ball is in his court. He can either do something about his feelings for you or not. If he chooses to do nothing then I think you should try your best to move on. I hope this helps I know it's totally a tough situation

Hey Girlie,

You can let him know you're interested by initiating conversation and asking questions that show your interested in knowing more about him. Also start hanging out with him more. He'll get the message.

but what if ANOTHER GIRL LIKES HIM TOOO and he wont talk to me around her but when we are alone he will so how will we be able to be bf and gf if he cant even talk to me around certain people please help LIFE IS SOOOOOO CONFUSING!!!!!!!

MOD MOD MOD MOD i moved schools in the 6th grade and i was really close to my friends at my old school and when i had to leave i was crushed. so my friend tyler and i were really close our moms were really good friends he was like my brother and now he doesn't even talk to me i would txt him hey every once in a while and he just ignores me is it cause i left him or what is it i am so confused

 

Hey girlie- that's a tough situation to be in. I'm not sure why he isn't responding to your texts. If you really can't get ahold of him to figure out the problem, tell your mom. Since your and his mom are close, maybe your mom can find out the reason he hasn't been responding to you.
