Sometimes it’s because they like you. Sometimes it’s because they’re morons. Is the teasing affectionate (sort of funny, sort of sweet) or mean (hurts your feelings)? If it’s affectionate, smile or tease back if you like the guys. If it’s mean, ignore them and don’t give them the power to make you feel bad. And if the teasing starts to make you feel uncomfortable, talk to an adult you trust.

MODMODMOD MOD!!! Ok so there's this one boy who I think has a crush on me. He always talks to me but I'm not sure if he likes me or he's just mocking me because his other friends seem to do that a lot. What should I do?

 

 

Hey girly! I would try to talk to him as much as you can, without his friends around. Get to know him and see where that takes you Smile

Mod. Okay,so there's this boy who I've known since I was 2.We went to preschool together(and went to the came church), and we were pretty good friends. Then when we graduated from preschool we went to different elementary schools.Now in 7th grade we are at the same school, and we have many classes together.I thought we would be friends again since I knew him so well from when we were little, but now he seems like he's out to get me! He's always teasing me, and getting me in trouble in class! He bugs me alot, and is just plain mean sometimes! We've had talks with teachers about it(even his dad!), because my favorite teacher notices it, but nothing seems to change! Everyone knows he hates me, and he actually likes my best friends and hangs with them alot! I don't know what to do! I don't like when he bugs me, because alot of it hurts! I have trouble ignoring him, because he's my partner in math.(My teacher won't move us)Please give me some advice with ways to ignore him!Thanks!

 

 

Hey chica! Maybe you shouldl talk to this guy and flat out ask him what his deal is. It's possible that if you confront him like that, just the two of you, something might get solved. If that still doesn't work, I would pretend like he means nothing to you. Don't be rude, but don't be friendly either. Just pretend like he doesn't matter at all to you. And, I would talk to your best friends about it and ask them to stick up for you!
