Check these out, too...
Gloria plays the perfect daughter of the nouveau riche Carmody clan—good grades, good looks and a huge diamond on her ring finger, to boot. Engaged to the most eligible bachelor in Chicago, she has nary a scandal to her name and can only imagine the seedy underbelly of 1923 Chicago.
The 17-year-old should be all smiles, but she’s yearning for a life filled with passion rather than duty, and her time to truly live is quickly running out.
When she and her trio of secret-hording friends stumble into Chicago’s most notorious speakeasy for one last hurrah, Glo finds herself loving every minute of it, from the free-flowing drinks to the entrancing eyes of a handsome young jazz piano player. But will her double life lead to despair or true love?
Only author Jillian Larkin has the answer. Pick up this quick read at a bookseller near you. The next installment in The Flapper series, Ingénue, arrives in September 2011.

Anyone else think there should be a suggested list? I mean one not created by Girlslife? Not that there's anything wrong with these books but it'd be nice to get some other options as well. Speaking of... I HIGHLY reccomend the book Wake by Lisa Mcmann, and it's sequels; Fade and Gone. I really love these books!
