It happens every year: The holidays are supposed to be a fun, easy, happy time, but every year, it seems we’re pulling our hair out over the stress the season brings. Luckily, we’re providing you with fun and totally fab ways to get your nerves under control.

 

1. Paint yourself red

Red is proven to boost your mood—why not deck your nails in it? Even if you’re not a red-nail kinda gal, trust us, short, holiday-red nails will have you dazzled. Tip: paint it on your toes, too, to make you feel more polished.

2. Soothe your senses

No, it doesn’t have to be a cinnamon-scented pinecone, but yes, aromatherapy works. Take a few minutes to breathe deeply and take a whiff of something lavender, mint or chamomile to calm yourself down instantly.

3. Eat well

Let yourself have small servings of whatever you like—just keep your portion size in check. You’ll ensure your bod gets tonsa nutrients, while staying away from all the extra fat.

 

4. Get rosy

MOD I'm going to see Little Fockers on Friday with 3 of my guy friends, and 2 of my girl friends, but I don't know what to wear? I think we may go out to eat somewhere as well. I don't wanna be too cold, and I don't wanna be burning up. If you could please try and give me a few items or pointers, I'd greatly appreciate it. (:

so like i said i have that posie tint but it doesnt show very well..... i see no pink or nothing! i put it on right and have tried several different ways it just wont show! i have fair skin if tht helps
