It might be best to confront your cousin first. After all, your opinion will mean something to her, and it’s important that she hears it. Urge her to talk to her mom, or to another adult who can give her sound advice.

If she’s not hearin’ ya and you’re still really worried? It won’t be the worst thing in the world to talk to your mom about it. Explain that you don’t want your cuz to know that you tattled, but that you’re worried and aren’t sure what to do. Your mom will understand and know what to do.
