My backpack is killing my back

My back always hurts and my brother who went to the same middle school had back problems. I really don't want my back to get any worse.

Hey, girl. I remember lugging around a super-heavy backpack and how much it hurt my back in school. But since then, there’s been more awareness about this prob, and now there are tonsa backpacks on wheels!

The best thing for you to do is probably to go out and get yourself a new backpack. If your mom understands the problem, I’m sure she’ll see the necessity. And you don’t have to spend a ton, either. If you go to ebags.com, you’ll find wheeled backpacks starting at under 25 dollars.

Another thing you can do, is talk to your teacher. Do you have a homeroom teacher? Maybe he or she would allow you to leave a few of your books in the classroom in between classes. There are def ways around this problem, and you should not have to deal with an achy back due to an overly-packed bag.
