My thighs are too fat

 
 

 

We all have different parts of our bodies that tend to gain weight more than other parts. I’m sure your thighs look much heavier to you than to anyone else, but if you’re lookin’ to trim up, exercise is key.

 

Are you getting 30 minutes to an hour of exercise a day? Try upping your cardio by jogging on a treadmill during the winter months, going to classes at the Y or joining a sports team at school.

 

In addition to cardio, there are exercises you can do to turn some of that thigh fat into muscle and get your legs looking toned. Squats and lunges are great for this. These GL workouts have tons of moves that target your thighs: Get toned, a cheerleading workout and exercises you can do anywhere. So get movin’ and your legs will look fab in no time.
