Hey girlie! If you like your neighbor then def go for it! You shouldn't feel like you have to measure up to girls that are more popular or more wealthy! Hey girlie! It really depends on what kind of skin type you have! In my opinion I think powder foundation comes across more natural! Have you tried bare minerals before? That is what I use everyday and I love it! Hope that helps! XOXO
