Should I tell my parents about my boyfriend?

 
I have a boyfriend and we’ve hugged and kissed and stuff, but my mom and dad don’t know. Should I tell them?

 

Hey girlie! Things like this depend entirely on your relationship with your parents. While they should definitely know if you're seeing a guy outside of school, other  details are up to you. I’m really close with my mom, so I tell her everything. Some of my friends, however, are pretty tight-lipped about their relationships.

 

It sounds like you might be feeling a li’l bit guilty about keeping your relationship and your intimacy a secret. If that’s the case, then why not spill the beans? When you don’t have to be concerned about hiding your feelings from your ‘rents, you’ll be much more comfortable in your relationships with both your Mom ‘n’ Dad and your boyfriend.

 

Bonus? Chances are, your mom would love it if you confided in her. Moms are corny like that.

MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD!!!!!!!!!!! How can you tell if a boy likes you? I don't think a guy has ever flirted with me, but maybe I'm wrong. This guy I know who is a year older than me always tells me i'm his favorite freshman. (Is he flirting or just joking around? I need to know how can you tell if a guy wants to be just friends or more?

 

Hey Pugglegirl2008, it can be hard to tell when certain guys are flirting, because different boys have different ways in showing their affections. At the same time, a lot of guys are just natural flirts so you have to be careful of them. Some of the typical signs of flirting include complimenting, asking questions, always making eye contact, getting physical, and always talking with you. Does this guy do or say anything else around you? Pay attention and see if you observe anything else. Hope this helps! Xoxo

I think you should tell your 'rents about your boyfriend. It will be easier for you when your 'rents know. They'll get mad if you hide stuff from them girlie!

okay so i used to like this boy but then i got over him but i think im starting to like him again and he never stopped liking me, i know that the guy is supposed to ask the girl. thats why im shy about asking him and his bff liked me but i turened him down. i dont know if i should ask anymore because he might have told him that. please help i asked my mom for advice but she just didnt have the right answer my mom even approves of him. please please help
