Hey girlie! Things like this depend entirely on your relationship with your parents. While they should definitely know if you're seeing a guy outside of school, other details are up to you. I’m really close with my mom, so I tell her everything. Some of my friends, however, are pretty tight-lipped about their relationships.

It sounds like you might be feeling a li’l bit guilty about keeping your relationship and your intimacy a secret. If that’s the case, then why not spill the beans? When you don’t have to be concerned about hiding your feelings from your ‘rents, you’ll be much more comfortable in your relationships with both your Mom ‘n’ Dad and your boyfriend.

Bonus? Chances are, your mom would love it if you confided in her. Moms are corny like that.

So, I go a small school, where everyone knows everyone. I am in seventh grade. There is this guy in tenth. We have been talking. And I told my friends (that we were talking) and I told my mom. Now my parents are freaked out because they think I am dating him. Now, I have a feeling they are going to be very strict with who I date. There is this guy in my grade, and he has a huge crush on me. I don't think I really like him. My parents think I should date him, along with everyone in my grade. I just want to date who I want. What should I dooooo? Thanks!

what if youre parents dont want you to date until college? and they still think im 5? and will freak out if i start? they still think i dont like boys! (most of them are annoying...but if i found one who wasnt i WOULD like them!)
