Nix dry skin with our fave cleansers

Sure, winter weather is good for sipping hot chocolate and readying by the fire, but it’s also full-on dry skin season. We found fab products to scrub up with that’ll keep your skin hydrated. Finally! No more winter flakes, scales or itchiness.

Choose a cream-based facial cleanser that’s formulated for sensitive skin to remove dirt while not over-drying your face. Follow with your fave moistutrizing lotion (with SPF!). Got really dry skin? Try washing with face wash only before bed.
 
 
We’re big fans of a gentle exfoliator, especially ‘cause sometimes salt-based ones can dry ya out. It’ll gently buff off dead skin and leave behind a major amount of moisture.

Harsh truth: showering under scorching water zaps your skin of its natural moisture. The trick? Turn the temp down to something that’s more warm than scalding, and pick a body wash that’s stacked with hydrators, like jojoba and sweet almond oil.

During winter months, avoiding the soap is key. Lotion-inspired body washes are a much better pick. This one has three hydrating butters (mango, cocoa and shea) to leave your skin glowing.

MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD please help... today at lunch, my super close friend left to go to the main office and she told me to watch her stuff. when she left, a paper fell out of her binder. as i picked it up, it said OMG *insert my name here* is so !@#$%^& clingy and sssooo annoying and some other hurtful stuff. i never thought that she would be a person like that b/c she is always super duper nice and funny & she was one of my first friends in hs (we're freshmen), i told my bffs and they couldnt believe it either... what should i do? if i confront her, she would probably think that i took it from her bag/binder or cuss me out/turn others against me... please give me some tips

 

Hey girl, First off, I wouldn't tell any other friends about what you saw.  I know it was probably shocking, but you don't want to make it worse by spreading it around.  I know this has to be such a tough situation, but you have to listen to your heart.  I obviously don't know her and didn't see it myself, so I can't say for sure.  It could be that she was frustrated with someone and just vented it out on paper.  But if you think it's a pattern of her not being a very nice person, then you may want to distance yourself from her.  If you want to keep being friends, you may have to either let it go (untill you find out anything else that makes you concerned), or come clean with her and ask her about it.  She may be mad, but if she's a true friend, hopefully you two will work it out.  xoxo

MOD MOD MOD Ok tomorrow is a fancy lunch at my school. Every one is soposed to dress up so im making a boldish statement and wearing peacock earrings. noone in my school has ever wore them before so I need to make them look good. What colors should I wear with it. Plz respond asap. Oh P.s i have brown eyes and brown hair. idk if that will helpSmile

 

Hey girl!  Ooh, that sounds so cute - I heart bold fashion statements!  It depends on what color they are.  For example, if they have blue or green in them, you could wear a dress or sweater in a matching color.  But you could also wear neutral shades, like black or grey, and let the earrings steal the show. Smile

That neutrogena stuff sounds awesome! pophotgirl101- use neutrogena oil free acne face wash- its what i use and it works amazing! i got it at ulta. u should try it! =) hope it helps!
