NikkiFitness shared some of her fave moves for shaping up like the celebs. Perform this circuit three times for a fab, total-body toning workout. Grab a pair of 10 pound weights and get started. Don’t have a 10-lb weight? A gallon of water comes close. And remember: you might want to start with lighter weights if you’re new to working out.

Move 1: Cardio Squat Thrusts
Crank that music, girl. Nikki suggests doing this move to an 8 count with your favorite up-​​temp music. Do jumping jacks on counts 1 and 2. Then squat down and touch the ground and jump back into a plank (that’s when you’re in a push-up position with your bod tight) for counts 3 and 4. Jump back up to stand for counts 7 and 8. Do ten reps.

Move 2: French Press Calf Raises
Start standing with your feet at hips-width, with a 10-lb weight held with two hands over your head. Nikki says to lower the weights behind your head, keeping elbows and triceps in tight (near your face). “Press back up for one rep and as you lift the weight, rise up onto the balls of your feet,” she tells us. “Lower on to our heels as you lower the weight each time.” Do ten reps.


Move 3: Reach For The Stars
Start with 5-10 pound weights in each hand. Lift your right hand out to shoulder level. “Bend to your left, sliding left hand and weight down your leg as you push the right hand weight to the sky.” Make sure to keep your core tight the entire time. Return to standing and lower your arm. Repeat 10 times on each side.

Move 4: Plank Rows
Grab two 5-10 pound weights. “Support yourself on top of them in a plank position, hands directly under shoulders and toes on the ground, knees lifted. Your heels, hips and shoulders should form a straight line, like a plank or a board,” Nikki says. “From here, lift the right weight off the ground to your ribcage and push your elbow to the sky.” Lower back down to start and repeat on the other side. Perform 10 reps on each side.

i need a request! see i do weekly tips that people can look at on my profile if you visit. and i am clueless on what the next tip should be! please help me out girls. post the tip you want me to type about like so far i have done tips on how to reduce dark circles and the proper way to match your eyeshadow and dress or outfit for the next big formal event. i need help! please post anything that you need help with that i can write about! then stop by soon to see if yours was chosen! thank you much hons!

MOD MOD MOD!
Ok so Im gonna start acting soon I seem to be pretty good at it exept, I tend to slur my words. Im not nervous or anything, it just happens. Any tips on how to stop this speaking problem?




Hey girl, it's all about enunciation and mentally reminding yourself to slow down when speaking (words tend to slur when you're talking fast). This is a hard thing to do automatically, but I'd practice in front of your mirror speaking. Focus on each word and making sure it has a sharp, distinct sound on its own. In terms of speed, if the words sound slow in your head (especially when you're presenting), chances are they're about normal in reality. Have a parent watch and give you suggestions. You'll find with time you'll be correcting this old habit without thinking about it.

preferably elizabeth cuz she answered my previous question...the thing is that i dont have a facebook. how do you think i could give him my number? and possibly get his? thanks! and we only have two more weeks of class together so i need ideas that will work fast haha Smile thanks!




Hey girlie. Next time you see him, tell him that you don't have facebook, but texting works for you. See what he says. If he seems into it, great! But let him ask for your number--you don't want to throw it in his face acting a bit too eager. Make him work for it. You are worth the wait ; ) I think if you bring up the texting thing he will ask for your number.

so there is this guy that i really like and i have been trying to talk to him more. I think he might like me but im not sure. So today in class i decided to sit next to him, and when his friend wanted to sit there my crush says to his friend "ashley just wants to be close to it its no biggie". and then he always says come on ashley, you can do it. so today when this one girl in my class said the same thing to him, hes like no, only i can say that to ashley. and then he was asking me whether or not i had a facebook, just like randomly...so do you think he might like me? and what could i do to flirt and keep talking to him. btw i am kinda shy.




Hey girlie. It sounds like he may like you. If you want to talk to him, give him your facebook and see where it goes from there. Don't be shy--he's just a boy!
