A new season of American Idol is returning to FOX this Wednesday, Jan. 19. Are you excited?!
We’re super pumped for the mega changes (like new judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez) but are currently reminiscing of the good ol’ days loaded with some of our favorite contestants.

She’s had 11 singles reach the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 but this one is by far her best. “Breakaway” is an aspiring song to encourage many young girls to break free and reach their dreams.
Clay Aiken (Season Two Runner Up) - “This Is The Night”
Though declared Runner Up, Clay proves to be a star in our book! “This Is The Night” is so catchy we can’t stop listening.
Chris Daughtry (Season Five Fourth Place) - “Home”
Chris isn’t afraid to be himself. This rockin’ star has reached the Billboard charts but doesn’t forget about his hometown.
Jordin Sparks (Season Six Winner) - “Tattoo”
Jordin is an inspiration to many. The youngest American Idol Winner to date, she continues to be a hit amongst young girls today.
David Archuleta (Season Seven Runner Up) - “Touch My Hand”
Oh, Archie! If only he were singing this song our way.
Adam Lambert (Season Eight Runner Up) - Whataya Want From Me”
It’s edgy—but awesome. And it’s even been nominated for a Grammy. Snaps for Adam!
