Hey girl, I think you're doing the most important things you can: exercising and eating healthy. That said, it's important you see a doc regularly to make sure everything is all right and to get your vaccinations. Talk to your mom about scheduling an appointment with your nearest one if you haven't been checked out recently.

HAHA! OMG! These are hillarious. My first sleepover was a diasaster! My friends were all freaked out at the food I made for them and they started nagging and were crying because their boyfriends just broke up with them and it was terrible. Any ideas on how to calm them down? They wouldnt stop crying so their parents came to pick them up Frown

Try to keep them busy! Play games and watch movies so that they aren't focusing on the bad things that are going on!
