No excuses! 3 goof-proof ways to get fit

Has that New Year’s rezzie fallen straight off your to-do list? Steve Siebold, former pro athlete and mental-toughness guru, says it’s not too late to shape up fast. Here are his secrets for getting your head in the game and checking off all your fitness goals.

Make yourself a priority. “If you really want to get healthy, exercise needs to be at the top of the list,” Steve confesses. Ya don’t have to do a ton (he suggests 20 or 30 minutes a few days a week) to make a diff. Find something totally fun and stick with it.
Change your ‘tude. “Stop thinking about diet and exercise as a chore or an added burden in life,” he spills. If you think negatively about your regimen, you’re gonna totally loathe your workout. Pop on some killer jams, get in your cutest sporty outfit and get out there.
Switch up your eating style. “Stop eating for pleasure and start eating for health,” Steve weighs in. “Fit people always ask the question, ‘How is this meal going to affect my health?’” It’s a quick trick that’ll help you make better decisions at every meal.
