How To: Get Lea Michele's easy-but-glam waves

How pretty was Glee star Lea Michele’s hair at the Grammys? We got the how-to deets straight from Dove Celeb stylist Mark Townsend. Follow his tips, and then step out with the most gorge hair this weekend.

1. Start with wet hair and use a rattail comb to create a center part. Apply a bit of hair serum to help smooth locks.

2. “To add texture, rake a pump of Dove Body & Lift Mousse throughout damp hair and blow dry 5-inch sections with a round brush,” Mark spills.

3. Then, Mark wrapped 2- to 3-inch sections of hair around a 2-inch curling iron. The secret? He curled her locks both toward and away from her face, and spritzed on hairspray as he went.

4. When he was totally done curling her entire mane, he sprayed a bit more hairspray and brushed the ringlets into waves.

Be proactive when it comes to your makeup. Try on some different colors the night before school so that you won’t have to rush in the morning.

What makeup can you not survive without?
