Look gorge at your Oscar party!

It’s time to glam it up for tonight’s must-watch award show. We’ve got easy ways to channel the red carpet, without doling out a fortune. Try one or rock ’em all—either way, you’re gonna look like an A-lister at whatever soiree you hit up!
Start with a bold frock.
This red number is dramatic and totally on trend (one shoulder, plenty of ruffles). Wear it with a bunch of bangles, like the model here, or sport it with a tiny belt. Bonus: This dress works with hair that’s up or down.
Erica Ruffle Dress, $15,
Add some killer shoes.
Or, in this case, a pair of shooties (aka, a cool shoe/boot mash-up that leaves ya with a sandal that’s tougher than your average strappy). We dig this pair ’cause they’ll look gorge long after the last golden trophy is doled out this evening.
Koffee Banded Shootie, $27,
Pile on the jewels.
We especially like cocktail rings when you’re tryin’ to make like Hollywood’s hottest. They add a bit of shine, without taking away from the rest of your ensemble.
Rock a dark mani.
We’ve been watching the red carpets for ages. And while trendy nails are fun (hello, glitter and pastels), sometimes chic noir tips say it all.
Grip a glittery bag.
Now that your nails are super-dark, they’ll stand out against a sparkler of a clutch. This converts into a cross-body bag, too, so you can sport it on a standard Friday night as well.
Shiny Metallic Clutch, $23,
Apply smoky liner.
Even if ya don’t have an all-access pass to a makeup artist, smudging on some black liner makes your look a bit flirty. We heart that this one is waterproof. You know, for when you’re tearing up during your acceptance speech. Wink!
BADgal Liner Waterproof, $20,

Instead of a headband, roll up a bright bandana and tie it around your head. Retro-cute!
