Dear Lemon Lima

Bunnies, hearts and cupcakes. That’s what helps 13-year-old Vanessa make it through a new prep school in Fairbanks, Alaska in the new flick Dear Lemon Lima (in theaters and VOD now).

Vanessa’s heart is broken, but she won’t let the love of her life go that easily. She vows to get him back, but runs into some problems along the way. There’s the pretty and popular Megan, played by Meaghan Jette Martin, whom Phillip gives a little too much attention to. Then there’s that awkward speech Vanessa gives during a school assembly that has everyone wondering how odd she is.

Her antics are endless, and she takes one last shot at stealing back Phillip’s heart by mustering up a nerd-filled team for the school’s Snowstorm Survivor Competition. Will she pull it off? And will her mother ever stop telling her to flush Phillip down the drain like toilet paper?

Directed by Suzi Yoonessi, Dear Lemon Lima is a fresh indie comedy we guarantee will make you laugh. Sympathize with the relatable characters and get your mind reeling about life in Alaska. Be sure to check it out…and then come back and let us know your thoughts.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done to try and win back a guy? Blog about it, babes.
