How can I hide stretch marks?

 
 
I’m getting stretch marks on my legs, which is weird because I haven’t really been growing much lately. They are deep and purplish right now and it’s embarrassing. My shorts have to be long enough to hide them, and warm weather is approaching. HELP!
 

Even though you may not see a huge difference in your height or weight, you are growing. You’re at the age when your body’s going through a ton of changes…even if you can’t see them. That’s why you’re getting stretch marks. But don’t worry, girl, you’re not alone. 

 

We know it’s kinda embarrassing, but unfortunately, stretch marks can be kinda tough to get rid of. Some people say using cocoa butter helps ‘em fade. Try talking to your mom and a dermatologist about creams and lotions that might help you out.

 

Trust us though, in time, they will fade. In the meantime, stock up on cute not-too-short dresses and shorts—wardrobe staples! While you’re at it, use this as an excuse to get a colorful, super-stylish maxi skirt too. There are plenty of options out there that’ll keep you from being self-conscious and way stylish. Just keep your chin up and give it time.
