Should I date a player?


 
 
I really like this guy. We flirt a lot, and all the other girls give me jealous looks when we talk. He is a major player, so I try to keep my distance. I was at a party the other night, though, and he tried to dance with me. When he got too close, if you know what I mean, I just kind of walked away. He seemed a bit offended by it. Should I just forget about him?

Once a player, always a player
First things first: Players are no good! Especially not ones who want to move things along too fast. Do yourself a favor a find a cute, nice guy who isn’t playing the field. History has a tendency to repeat itself and if this boy was a player with someone else, he is likely to be with you, too. He may be a cutie, but he’s def not worth heartache or pain.

Never let a guy make you feel uncomfortable
It may be fun knowing you’re the girl he wants, but that doesn’t mean you have to want him back. You don’t want to be with someone who is going to make you feel uncomfortable. That’s not fair to you. You shouldn’t feel bad about offending him. If anything, he was the one offending you by making advances you weren’t comfortable with.

What to do
I would definitely say to forget him. You don’t need a guy like that by your side. You’re strong, independent and beautiful! If he really likes you and wants things to work, he’ll prove it to you. Until then keep your distance. Remember: You only deserve the best!

hey girl,

it's ok to start a casual conversation through text or Facebook, but don't bombard his inbox with messages.  If he keeps the conversation going, then that's cool.  If the conversation kind of dies, then don't keep sending him messages.  Just wait till you see him at school again and catch up then!

if chase asks you out, then it's fine for you guys to hang out.  You can tell your friend how you are feeling about him and check if she feels hurt or anything...if she is a true friend, and she knows that you and chase both like each other, then I think she would want you to be happy!

players r terrible! don't date them!! I dated on once (even if only for 2 days) and b4 he dated me he dated my enemy. But they never talked or anything so i was ok with it. Then he dated me. he broke up with me and said "he wasn't ready" Then he went out with my BEST FREIND!!!! They were always hugging and i told my freind that i wasnt jealous, but i really was... they broke up already, but i still feel betrayed and hurt...

If he's a player, that means he's probably really hot. So, a really hot guy was into you. Use that to boost your ego and ask out a guy who won't treat you like crap using that confidence gain.

Okay so one my friends (lets call her C) gave me the number of one her guy friends at a sleepover. He didn't know who I was but still talked to me. Well my C lost interest and left, but I kept on talking to him. I started to feel we were flirting but he is dating my friend C's other friend M. It got late so I said goodbye. But now I want to talk to him again, we had so much in common. 1) He doesn't know who I am 2) would it be weird to try and talk to him again 3) He is dating my friend's friend.

Bonjour chicky! There's no reason you can't keep him as a guy friend. Just see if you can bump into him at school and bring up one of things you talked about as an icebreaker. In time, friend him on facebook and see where things pick up from there.

ik that this sounds kinda weird but one of my guy friends is a player he never liked me or at least i dont think so but anyways you shouldnt he has hurt so many girls but for some reason they come back and they are always around i really dont want to be his friend anymore especcialy because he supposedly got a girl pregnant last year so you should stay away from players and if they go too far you should tell them to back off

So there is this guy that I really like... He's cute, sweet, and super talented. The only problem? He's in 6th grade and I'm in 8th which means next year I'll be a freshman in high school and he'll only be in 7th grade. My friends tell me I'm a "cougar" for liking someone two years younger than me and that it's weird and gross for me to like him. What do you think about the whole situation???

So I've liked this guy for a few months now, and he seems to like me quite a bit. He takes every opportunity to touch my waist or shoulder, laughs at things I say that aren't the least bit funny, and seems to get super tongue-tied when I'm around. He is a very talented actor and singer as well, and I really want to go out with him, but I feel like I would make things awkward if I asked. But he won't ask either. Gah. And prom is coming up, and everybody says we'd be a really cute couple, telling me I should ask him or drop hints or something. I feel like he'd get freaked out if I asked him. Hey chica. Give him a hint by asking him who he's thinking of taking to prom. He will get the picture that you want to know because you like him. Hopefully he says you. If he doesn't know yet, say that you still haven't found a date either. Flirt as much as you can with him so he realizes that you like him. He should eventually ask you if he gets the hints.

Hey girlie. You just have to continue feeling him out. I wouldn't worry about doing anything unless he asks you out. Then you should really contemplate if he would be a good bf to you.
