Have you ever wondered why we associate Easter with bold 'n' bright eggs?
The tradition of dying eggs for celebrations began in
ancient times. A symbol of new life, they’ve been crafted for New Year’s and
Easter gatherings for thousands of years. When shared and traded, decorated
eggs are tokens of friendship, love and good wishes. Nowadays, after we dip our hard-boiled beauties into
dye-laced vinegar, we peel and eat 'em, roll them down hills and hide them in
our backyards. Sometimes we find them in Easter baskets, and sometimes they
accompany the mysterious Easter Bunny.
No matter what you do with your eggs, we
bet you have a blast decorating them—we know we still do! This weekend, we’re
kicking off Easter a li’l bit early. Our pals at
PAAS have rolled out brand-new Easter egg
decorating kits for 2011. And guess what, babes? We’ve got six of them to give
away!
PAAS is the go-to brand for all of your egg-dying needs, but
this year, they’re going above and beyond. We’ve got three Pirate Princess
decorating kits and three Easter Tradition kits to hand out to six hoppin’
hunnies.
