Should I buy a bra?


 

 

Sweetie, if you feel like you need a bra or simply just want to wear one, there’s no reason to not buy a bra unless cash is tight and you and your fam really can’t afford an unnecessary purchase.

 

Flat-chested and big-breasted girls alike buy bras for many reasons: To fit in with their bra-wearing peers, for support, for a little coverage while changing for gym, for fun. You don’t have to look for something fancy with padding and underwire if you don’t need or want that sort of undergarment. Lots of stores sell cute little triangle bras and bralettes, which give you some coverage, a little bit of support and a whole lot of cuteness. Do what feels right and you’ll be fine!

MOD MOD MOD So me and my mom are going shopping for camp stuff and we r going by pink. I just cant liv with my bra anymore, the underwire doesn't even touch my skin. It's too small! Bu heres the thing, since I hAve a pretty small chest I don't want to get professionally measured ( idk wat size I am) cuz I'd b embarrassed. Wen I do the online measuring it says I have a -2 size chest which is impossible. Should I just suck it up and get measured? how do I ask my mom? HELP!

 

 

Hey girl. Getting measured for a bra is nervy for all of us, but remember the lady at the store is paid to measure you and she sees all different sizes (Love your bod! There is nothing wrong with having a small chest!). Its her job. She will measure over your clothes anyways. If you are still uncomfortable have your mom come with you. It sounds like your bra is super-ill fitting and you will have much more fun at camp if you are comfortable. About asking your mom, I think the best approach is to tell her that you are super uncomfortable in your current bra and ask her if she will go bra shopping with you. Be honest with her and remember, mom is a girl too and she totally went through the same thing. Also, you should try a sports bra for camp! They are great for sports and being active. Good Luck!

ok so... my mom bought me bras about 7 mos ado and now they r wayyyyy tooo small i have 2 stretch them out just so i can actuall wear them. my mom doesnt believe me so i have to live pleez help im embarassed 2 ask and im gonna cry now. btw my bras r a 30 and i need a 32a teartear...Frown

I'm pretty much flat-chested and I feel really embarrassed that I'm like the only one who has a flat chest out of the girls in school. I know that everyone develops at their own speed and I shouldn't be embarrassed but I'm still pretty down about it. Is there anything I can do to make my breasts look bigger? Thanks a bunch. I feel your pain. I was the same way in middle school too! I don't recommend that you do anything to make yourself look larger. The best thing for you to do is to embrace the way you are, and understand that over the next few years your body will change. MOD MOD MOD i have HUGE boobs for my age and body . My bras are starting to get too small for me. i'm afraid to go to like walmart or some place that a lot of people are (including guys i know).i don't like trying them on and my mom is just one of those mom's that i don't like talking to about that stuff.. like i'm embarressed to.What should i do ? Hey girly! I'd try a department store, like JCPenney or Macy's, where they can professionally measure you for a bra and help you find one. Or, try Target. Just get a cart, put the bra on the botton, and hide your purse or other purchases over top of it Smile
