You’ll save moolah and will reduce your impact on the planet. Besides, tonsa people use their skis, tennis rackets or bikes a couple times before getting rid of them.

Ditch the Stairmaster for actual stairs
Instead of spending time on gym equipment that uses electricity, take your cardio outdoors. You’ll get energized from the fresh air, instead of draining tonsa energy inside.

Donate your old shoes for playground
