MODMODMODMOD!!! I was doing SO well with my exercise and everything, and then these past two weeks i just fell into this demotivational rut. I havent excercised in two weeks and i just feel so unmotivated and fat and gross and guilty. I feel guilty ALL the time. Ive had eating disorders in the past, so its nothing new to feel this way, but how can i get myself up and motivated again and make myself feel better? Thanks!

i usually jump around on my trampoline doing stretches, the flips and jumps while moving around and it helps all my muscles and my abs by doing various flips, back bends, sit-ups, etc. it really works
