Check these out, too...
It is totally safe to wash your
hair every day, as long as you use a mild shampoo and a conditioner.
Washing hair gets rid of all the natural oils that your hair has, but
when you use a conditioner, you replace those good-for-you oils your
scalp and locks need to stay gorgeous.
If you’d rather not wash your hair
every day, try using a dry shampoo to absorb the grease. An
inexpensive option is baby powder. Sprinkle a little on your scalp,
wait for a minute or two, then shake it out. Your hair should have a
freshly brushed look without you having to hop in the shower.
