Hi there! (: Ok so I'm going to be in high school and I'm thinking of getting peek-a-boo highlights in my hair. I have black, straight, and long hair and I'm not sure what color highlights I should get. My mom says red...but what do you think?

A dark red sounds good because you don't want to do anything too light. It will make your highlights look too drastic and unnatural. x0x0

so as i said before my family went camping last wknd and we are going again this wknd. anyways they arent making me go i'll stay at my grandams. the only problem? my mom and i made plans to go to see mote carlo on friday, and then afterwards go to lunch and to get our nails done. just a girls day, me and her since she has the day off from work. (my dad/bro dont... well now they do since they are going camping). anyways, they havent officially made the plans yet but they are probably going to soon. and its no fair my mom is just changing the plans on me. we made the plans like 2 weeks ago! and i know we can probably do it like another day, but still. i was looking forward to going to it since friday is the day the movie is coming out. im sorry this probably makes me seem like a brat but im just upset. what should i say to my mom. its like she completely forgot about our plans. she hasnt booked the reservations so i can MAYBE get her to not go camping.
