Don’t fret: You can get buff before vacay starts. Here’s our results-in-no-time plan.

Get tank top-ready arms
“Arm muscles can tone up fast,” says New York City-based personal trainer Shannon Sodano. Grab some small weights and do three sets of 15 reps of your fave arm exercises (like bicep curls and tricep extensions). Even old-fashioned push-ups will work.

Run stairs for your booty
Talk about a challenge. Running stairs is sooo good for you and tough beyond words. Plus, it automatically works your glutes more than runnin’ on flat land. Head to a local stadium and aim to jog up and down the stairs for at least 20 minutes.

Act like you have a trainer
Trainers get paid to kick your butt into shape. That’s why we asked trainer Jenny Skoog to share her ideal workouts for a week. The truth? It’s super tough, but it also gets you lean. If you’re just starting to work out, cut the Sunday, Monday and Friday sessions in half.

Sunday: 60 minutes of running
Monday: Strength training for 45 minutes, yoga for 45 minutes
Tuesday: High-intensity interval training. Think: 10 all-out 1-minute sprints with 1 minute recovery
Wednesday: 45 minutes low-intensity cardio, like the elliptical or hiking
Thursday: 30 minutes moderate to heavy strength training
Friday: 60 minutes high-intensity interval training, like kickboxing with jump rope intervals
Saturday: 30 minutes of yoga

Eat right trick: Curb salt 
“If you cut the salt from your diet, you will look much better in just a few days,” says trainer and health expert Scott Malin, who works with celebs in L.A. Salt makes your bod retain water, which can make you look bloated.

I have a little weight problem. I am not too overweight but I am a little heavier than I should be. It's just that my belly kind of hangs down over my bikini. Is there any kinds of exercises that will help me lose it. (I already know about sit-ups) And is there any thing I can use to substitute a dumbbell?

I am new to girls life and I am so over wieght. I really cant talk to my parents about it because they also are. I want to be skinny and fit in but Ive tried everything I can think of. Can you give some advise to help me?? Im about 5'6" and Im almost 15. Could you please help me figure out what to do? Im soo stressed out over my weight that I dont want to go out with friends anymore. My parents wont change their diet so what do I do?? Please give me some awnsers asp!

Mod Mod So I am 5 ft 8 14 year old.. I only weigh 116 pounds and people tell me I am way too skinny and look anorexic, also because Im an athlete.. is 116lbs underweight for me?

MOD MOD MOD MOD! help!
So right now im on summer break and i just went to the doctors and i asked whats a good weight for my heights and she said lose about 10-15 lbs. I have a month and a half to lose that. With that being said my doctors put me on a strict restriction that i cant run or jumping (anything with high impact) bc it hurts my knees. I want to tone and lose fat on my tummy, legs(inner thighs), and arms. Please include exercises, when to do them...etc. Thank you soo much! Laughing




Hey babe! Check with your doctor on this one, but ellipticals are supposed to be better on your knees than treadmills, so you should definitely do that. You can also do ab workouts which will be great, use an exercise ball too, they make it way more fun. You can use free weight, like dumbbells, to work out your upper body. Just find a regiment that you like and stick to it! xoxo

Hiii! So i need help FAST! In a week and a half, my bestfriend and I r going to the beach! she is superr skinny, and im like really fat, so i want to loose like at least 8 pounds before we leave! i want to be able to wear a 2-piece because thats the only kind i have! so is there like something that i could do that would make me get skinnier and drop those pounds! PLEASEE HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS U-R-G-E-N-T!!!!!!!!!




Your body is ever changing as you are constantly growing during this time in your life. Instead of comparing your body to others, learn to love it for what it is and don't try to fit into anyone's mold's of what you think you should look like. That being said, there is no quick way to lose weight that will not cause harm or put your health in jeopardy. Nonetheless, love your body Smile
